BRIDGE
First-generation freshmen arrive on college campuses with diverse
backgrounds and aspirations. The DSP summer program aims to
‘bridge’ these scholars from high school to college, introducing them to
university faculty and coursework, the Dorrance Scholarship Programs
and staff, and to each other. The Program also includes a seminar on
freedom of speech. Scholars earn 6 credits in the Humanities.
